Why was I automatically started on a subscription when signing up?

While you may have been started on a free trial, you were not subscribed. You are only subscribed when you provide payment information at https://sapling.ai/plans. The free trial automatically cancels if no payment method is added.

Do you have any discounted plans?

Sapling has not offered discounted plans during specific events or seasons. However, we do offer substantial discounts for nonprofits and educational organizations. For teams and enterprises, higher seat tiers receive volume discounts. Please contact us with the number of users/seats you require, and we will provide a customized estimate.

Where can I access my invoices?

Please sign in and visit https://sapling.ai/dashboard-billing and click Manage billing. There you can view all invoices in Stripe. Please note that you must have subscribed using the same email address you used to sign up for Sapling.

Where can I update my payment information or cancel my plan?

Please sign in and visit https://sapling.ai/dashboard-billing and click Manage billing. There you can manage your billing information and subscription. Please note that you must have subscribed using the same email address you used to sign up for Sapling.

What payment methods can I use?

Sapling uses Stripe for most billing transactions. Please see here for a complete list of supported payment methods. For enterprise customers with a minimum annual spend of $1,200, we can also accommodate ACH and wire-based payments. Please contact us for more information.
